1. Installation of the Flight Compartment Stowage Box must be in accordance with Infinion Certification Engineering Inc. (Infinion) Installation Instruction EO-1001-02, Issue 1, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved March 11, 2022 and Infinion Master Data List MDL-1001-02, Issue 2, TCCA approved November 18, 2022, or later TCCA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Infinion Maintenance Manual Supplement and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness MMS-1001-02, Issue 1, dated January 31, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

Certification Basis:

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Model DHC-8- 101, DHC-8-102, DHC-8-103, DHC-8-106, DHC-8-201, DHC-8-202, DHC-8-301, DHC-8- 311, DHC-8-315, DHC-8-400, DHC-8-401, and DHC-8-402 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A13NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
