1. Installation of a VIP cabin interior in accordance with Master Data List, Doc. No. MDL-LB01-2500, Rev.

L, dated November 1, 2023, or later EASA approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Doc. No. AFMS-LB01-2500 Rev. B, dated June 27, 2023, or later EASA approved revision and is required as part of this installation.

1. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Certificate Limitations" section of Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Doc. No. AFMS-LB01-2500, Rev. B, dated June 27, 2023, or later EASA approved revision.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Doc. ICA-LB01-2500, Rev. B, dated June 20, 2023, or later EASA accepted revision and is required as part of this installation.

2. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Boeing Model 737-8 Serial No. 64084. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

3. The following STCs are prerequisite to this modification:

FAA STC ST04272NY (EASA STC 10060874 Rev 4) - Jet Wave Ka-Band Antenna installation.

FAA STC ST04447NY (EASA STC 10072048) - Fin Top Antenna Ku-Band TIOS Radome installation.

FAA STC ST04664NY (EASA STC 10076636 Rev 1) - WLAN Activation.

FAA STC ST00105IB (EASA STC 10079998) - Certification of Wireless Charging Stations for PEDs.

4. The EASA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. No. ICA-LB01-2500, Rev. B, dated June 20, 2023, is mandatory.

5. Maximum passenger seating capacity is limited to 19 and only in the seats designated as eligible to be occupied during taxi, takeoff and landing.

6. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101 and FAA Order 8110.48A the certification basis for this modification to the Boeing 737-8 aircraft is as follows:

a) The type certification basis for the Boeing 737-8 aircraft as shown on TCDS A16WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b) The type certification basis for the Boeing 737-8 aircraft as shown on TCDS A16WE for parts changed or affected by the change with the following exceptions:

- Compliance with Special Federal Aviation Regulation (SFAR) No. 109.

- Exemption No. 21451
