1. Installation of an ADS-B Out Inhibit capability on a Bombardier BD-700-1A10 aircraft in accordance with Master Document List BAS67015011, revision (G), dated April 12, 2016, FAA approved April 21, 2016, or later FAA approved revision.

1. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

a. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, BAS67055001-ICA-1, revision (B), dated April 13, 2016, FAA accepted April 21, 2016, or later FAA approved revision.

b. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, AFMS BAS67045005, Revision NC, FAA Approved April 22, 2016, or later FAA approved revision.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Global Vision Flight Deck Avionics V4.5 and V4.9 software loads are compatible with this STC modification.
