Installation of Long Range Fuel System for the Viking Air Limited Model DHC-7-102 and –103 airplane in accordance with Branson Aircraft Corporation (BAC) Drawing 47100, Rev. F, dated March 10, 2011, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Branson Aircraft Corporation Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. FMS-471, Rev. NC, FAA approved November 15, 1995, or later FAA approved revision is required when installation 47101-001 is installed.

2. Branson Aircraft Corporation Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. FMS-475, Rev. NC, FAA approved December 23, 1998, or later FAA approved revision is required when installation 47101-003 is installed.

3. Northrop Grumman Electrical Wiring Interconnect System Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for long range fuel system, Document No. 0170236002, Rev. A, FAA approved March 10, 2011, or later FAA approved revision is required for this installation.

4. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

5. This STC may not be sold or transferred unless the buyer or recipient has first obtained a written data licensing agreement with Viking Air Limited allowing continued access to engineering drawings and documents used to certify the installation of long range fuel tanks in accordance with deHavilland SOO 7166. Data access for this STC is provided by “Agreement for License of Data No. DAT-591”, Revision 1, dated May 11, 1999, signed June 2, 1999 and is exclusive for Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written permission of that permission.

7. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.101(g), applicable provisions of 14 CFR part 26 are included in the certification basis. For any future 14 CFR part 26 amendments, the holder of this STC must demonstrate compliance with the applicable sections. As of the amended date of this STC, compliance has been found for the following regulations 14 CFR § 26.11 (Amdt. No. 26-0).
