1. Installation of Go-Go 4G to 5G Upgrade must be in accordance with Flying Colours Corp. Master Data List, MDL22051-1, Revision 1, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved September 28, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Flying Colours Corp. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA22051-1, Revision 1, dated September 25, 2023, or later TCCA accepted revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
