1. Installation of Ku-SAT SD Plane Simple must be in accordance with ALAMO Engineering GmbH Master Document List No. MDL21A50AE-01, Rev. A, dated February 9, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with ALAMO Engineering GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness No. ICA21A50AE-01, Rev. A, dated December 19, 2023, or later EASA accepted revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):

3. Operation must be in accordance with ALAMO Engineering GmbH Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS21A50AE-01, Rev. A, dated December 20, 2023, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

4. FAA STC No. ST01340NY, Lufthansa Technik Two-In-One-solution (TIOS) must be previously or concurrently embodied for the aim of the present modification.

5. Maintenance must be in accordance with the "Airworthiness Limitation" section of ALAMO Engineering GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document as listed under the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
