Original ProductType Certificate Number: A10CE Make: Learjet Model: 25, 25A, 25B, 25C, 25D, 25F, 31, 31A, 35, 35A, 36 and 36A Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of LifePort, Inc., ServiPlex Unit in accordance with LifePort Master Drawing List No. 560-1000, Revision F, dated August 1, 1996, or later FAA approved revisions.

NOTE: The installation of the LifePort PLUS Unit in accordance with STC SA00120SE is required to activate the power and systems outlets of the ServiPlex Unit. The use of other power and system sources is not approved.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these model series on which other previously approved modification are incorporated unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

If the holder agree to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the hol der shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
