2. FAA Accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, 18GR146-ICA, revision B, dated December 11, 2019, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
