1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) The following FAA approved documents are required as part of the permanent records for each modified aircraft:

a. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement 15-0263-AFM, dated September 4, 2019, or later FAA approved revisions,

b. FAA Approved Supplemental Weight and Balance Loading and Control manual 15-0263-WBM, dated June 14, 2018, or later FAA approved Revisions

c. A copy of this certificate and Kalitta Air Master Document List No. KM 15-0263-MDL.

4) The Boeing 747-400 ERF (Extended Range Freighter) is not approved by Type Certificate A20WE and, therefore, not included in this approval.
