1. Installation of the Collins TDR-94D Transponder / Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) 4100 Upgrade must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL19001 Revision N/C, TCCA approved on April 10, 2019 or later TCCA approved revisions.

2. Operation of the Collins TDR-94D Transponder / TCAS 4100 Upgrade must be in accordance with TCCA approved Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS19001-1 Revision N/C, TCCA approved on March 20, 2019 or later TCCA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance of the Collins TDR-94D Transponder / TCAS 4100 Upgrade must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Mid Canada Mod Center Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA19001-1 Revision N/C, dated March 1, 2019 or later TCCA accepted revisions.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
