Description of Type Design Change: Change to aircraft operating limitations imposed on the Boeing 737-700 IGW aircraft serial number 29866 that has been modified per STC ST02096NY Configuration “A”. This STC removes the current operation limitation of “Private, Not for Hire or Common Carriage Use” and allows operations under the 14CFR Part 135 operating requirement when the requirements of Part 135 are met.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval applies only to the Boeing 737-700 IGW serial number 29866 as modified under STC ST02096NY Configuration “A” and shall not be extended to other aircraft of this model.
