1. Installation of the Complete Custom Aircraft Interior Installation must be in accordance with ACS-NAI Ltd. Modification Data Summary, G872000, Revision F, dated May 8, 2020 or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Flying Colours Corp. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) G872075, Revision A, dated September 18, 2019 or later TCCA accepted revision and with ACS-NAI Ltd. Mandatory Maintenance Manual Supplements (MMMS): G576070, Revision NC, dated May 25, 2010 or later TCCA accepted revision; G576071, Revision B, dated May 1, 2014 or later TCCA accepted revision; G600070, Revision A, dated September 1, 2015 or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) maintenance must be in accordance with B/E AEROSPACE Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) M609077, Revision B, dated March 17, 2020 or later TCCA accepted revision.

4. Operation must be in accordance with Flying Colours Corp. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) G872091, Revision A, dated May 7, 2020 or later TCCA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions (cont'd):

2. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Bombardier Inc. Model CL-600-2B19 Serial Number 8104. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

3. The "Limitations" section of Flying Colours Corp. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) G872091, Revision A, dated May 7, 2020 or later TCCA approved revision, is applicable as part of this installation.

4. The following ACS-NAI Ltd. Mandatory Maintenance Manual Supplements (MMMS) "Airworthiness Limitation Items" sections are applicable as part of this installation:

• G576070, Revision NC, dated May 25, 2010 or later TCCA approved revision

• G576071, Revision B, dated May 1, 2014 or later TCCA approved revision

• G600070, Revision A, dated September 1, 2015 or later TCCA approved revision

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to Bombardier Inc. Model CL-600-2B19 Serial Number (S/N) 8104 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Bombardier Inc. Model CL-600-2B19 S/N 8104 as shown on TCDS A21EA-1 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Bombardier Inc. Model CL-600-2B19 S/N 8104 as shown on TCDS A21EA-1 for parts changed or affected by the change with the following additional requirements:

• Compliance with 14 CFR §§ 26.11 at Amendment 26-0, 26.35 at Amendment 26-3, and 26.47 at Amendment 26-1
