1. Installation of Cabin Reconfiguration and approval of Layout of Passenger Accommodation (LOPA) must be in accordance with Avianor Master Document List MDL20148001, Revision NC, dated July 7, 2020, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Avianor Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA20148001, Revision NC, dated July 7, 2020, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

3. Operation must be in accordance with Avianor Flight Manual Supplement FMS-PA-20-025, Revision Orig., dated July 5, 2020, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. No carriage of passengers. Essential crew only.

4. FA seats by doors 2 and 3 (Left and Right) not approved for occupancy during TTOL.
