2. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certification to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Avenger Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), AAS-ICA-14-001 Revision A, dated August 18, 2021, or later FAA accepted revisions, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

5. Required structural inspections for compliance with 14 CFR 25.571 are listed in the Airworthiness Limitations section of the Avenger Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA), AAS-ICA-14-001, Revision A, dated August 18, 2021, or later FAA-approved revisions.

6. This STC does not include the aircraft interior. A separate FAA approved interior must be installed.

7. The aircraft modified per this STC are not RVSM compliant. A separate RVSM approval must be obtained.

Certification Basis:

14 CFR Part 25 Regulations Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Gulfstream G-1159 (GIII) series aircraft modified by the installation of a cargo door is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Gulfstream G-1159A (GIII) series aircraft is shown on TCDS A12EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, January 28, 2019, is based upon part 25 as amended by amendment 25-145. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and FAA policy for significant level changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
