1. Installation of the CMC 9000 Flight Management System must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL11102 Revision X, TCCA approved on March 6, 2020, or later TCCA approved revisions.

2. Operation of the CMC 9000 Flight Management System must be in accordance with TCCA approved Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS11102-1 Revision F, TCCA approved on December 4, 2018 or later TCCA approved revisions.

1. The "Limitations" section of the Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS11102-1 Revision F, TCCA approved on December 4, 2018 or later TCCA approved revisions is applicable as part of this installation.

2. The "Airworthiness Limitations" section of the Mid Canada Mod Center Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA11102-1 Revision N, dated February 26, 2020 or later TCCA accepted revisions is applicable as part of this installation.

3. Maintenance of the CMC 9000 Flight Management System must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Mid Canada Mod Center Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA11102-1 Revision N, dated February 26, 2020 or later TCCA accepted revisions.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
