The type certification basis for Dassault Falcon 900EX aircrafts are shown on TCDS A46EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change. b. The modification certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, April 3, 2019 is based upon part 25 as amended by Amendment 25-136.
