1. Installation of the Aircraft Interiors Galley Modification must be in accordance with Air Canada Master Data List MDL-6-030312, Rev. B, dated July 29, 2016, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Air Canada Instructions for Continued Airworthiness report ICA-6-030312, Rev. NC, dated July 11, 2016, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
