There are other Boeing service modifications and provisions which are required to support compatible configurations for the installation of STC ST04576AT, which vary for different Boeing Model 737-600/-700/-800/-900 Series airplanes. See Section 6 of the FAA Approved Master Drawing List, AerSale Document AER-EFVS.737-MDL, Revision J, or later FAA Approved revisions, to determine specific prerequisite requirements to define compatible aircraft configurations for eligible aircraft under this STC.

2. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certification to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), AER-EFVS.737-804, Revision B, dated August 23, 2023, or later FAA accepted revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

5. Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, AER-EFVS.737-804, Revision B, dated August 23, 2023, or later FAA accepted revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

Certification Basis:

14 CFR Part 25 Regulations Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing 737-600/-700/-800/-900 series aircraft modified by the installation of the AerAware System is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Boeing Model 737-600/-700/-800/-900 series aircraft is shown on TCDS A16WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
