1. Installation of the GOGO Avance L3 System must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd.

Master Drawing List MDL20029, Revision N/C, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved December 16, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS20029-1, Revision N/C, TCCA approved December 16, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Mid Canada Mod Center Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA20029-1, Revision N/C, dated November 24, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Model.

4. Compliance with Chapter 4-10-00, “Inspection Time Limits” of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA20029-1, Revision N/C, dated November 24, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revision is mandatory.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for Textron Aviation Model 650 is as follows:

a) The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Model 650 as shown on TCDS A9NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b) The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Model 650 as shown on TCDS A9NM for parts changed or affected by the change with the following additional requirement:

• 14 CFR § 25.571 at Amendment 25-45 (only for modified areas of pressurized cabin which must comply with FAA Special Conditions 25-102-NM-7).
