1. Installation of Avionic Instruments Frequency Converters in a Gulfstream Model GVI (G650/G650ER) per Kilroy Aviation, LLC, Master Data Index Listing (MDIL) document J538-0020-001, revision D, dated February 13, 2025, or later FAA-approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with existing installed approved modifications.

2. Maintenance to be performed in accordance with Kilroy Aviation, LLC, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), document J538-ICA, revision D, dated September 20, 2024, or later FAA-accepted revisions.

3. This modification has been reviewed and it has been determined that it does not require a revision to the EWIS ICA and is deemed acceptable for installation by the FAA.(Reference 14 CFR §26.11, Arndt 26-7)

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation model Gulfstream GVI aircraft.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 14 CFR 21.101 and the FM Order 8110.48A, the Certification Basis for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation model Gulfstream GVI aircraft modification is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Gulfstream GVI aircraft is shown on TCDS T00015AT for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application March 8, 2022, is based upon Part 25 as amended by Amendment 25-91 is as follows:
