(2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) GLF4-ICA-0127, Rev A, dated September 7, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation and be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.

(3) Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) GLF4-AFMS-0127, Rev IR, dated June 1, 2023, or later FAA approved revision, is required and must be carried during all flights.

(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

(3) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make: Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation Model GIV-X with the prerequisite STC ST03027AT-D for Broad Band Multi-Link (BBML) System installed.

(4) Operational approval to permit use of Portable Electronic Devices (PED) is not part of this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for all of the eligible aircraft models is as follows:

(1) The type certification basis for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Model GIV-X airplane is shown on the TCDS A12EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

(2) The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application July 25, 2022, is based upon part 25 as amended by Amendments 25-101, and 25-144, except for those above amendment 25-101, listed following.
