(2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) ICA/ADC-0190-001, Rev IR, dated July 17, 2025, or later FAA accepted revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation and be incorporated into the operator’s maintenance program. (3) Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) AFMS/ADC-0190-001, Rev IR, dated October 8, 2025, or later FAA approved revision, is required and must be carried during all flights.

(1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
