MacArthur Boulevard Oklahoma City, OK 73169 Certifies that the change in the type design for the following product with the limitations and conditions therefor as specified hereon meets the airverthiness requirement's of Purt 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Original Product Type Certificate Number: A10CE Make: Learjet Inc.

Model: 60 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of dual Universal UNS-1F Flight Management System. This alteration is to be made in accordance with data list D09476, dated April 8, 2010, or later approved FAA (ODA) revision. Amendment 1 upgrades software to SCN 901.4. Amendment 2 adds software upgrade to SCN 902.X.

1) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA), "Installation of UNS-1FW Flight Management System (FMS) on Learjet Inc. Model 60", document number M09476, revision 1, dated April 8, 2010 is a required part of this modification.

4) FAA approved airplane flight manual supplement, "UNS-1F Flight Management System," dated April 8, 2010, or later approved FAA (ODA) revision, is a required part of this modification Monica Merritt Southwest Region (Title)
