1) The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown in TCDS A28NM.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by this modification since the reference application date June 10, 2013, is based upon the type certification basis shown in TCDS A28NM with the following exceptions.

c. The modification certification basis also includes Special Conditions Number 25-403-SC, dated March 9, 2010.
