Installation of an executive cabin interior in accordance with Index List GC420008263, Rev. A, dated 12/22/2001, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement GC41468M017, Rev. None, dated 12/22/2001 or later FAA approved revision is required.

The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication on other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation made in Gulfstream G-IV S/N 1455 only.
