Installation of dual Collins ADS-80 Airdata Systems incorporating Astra Service Bulletin 1125-00-196 (Modification of Aircraft to Increase Maximum Take-Off Weight) in accordance with Index List CWB11348001, Rev. E, dated 06/20/02, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement CWB1134M001, Rev. -, dated 06/20/02 or later FAA approved revision is required.

The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. This modification is eligible for installation on airplane serial numbers 004 through 041 except 030.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
