Integration of an Emteq eConnect System with a Honeywell SATCOM system in accordance with HAECO Private Jet Solutions Top Level Data List 1406DL00 Rev. K, dated March 4, 2015, or later FAA approved revision. Maintained per HAECO Private Jet Solutions Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 1406CS01, Rev. IR, dated November 25, 2014, or later FAA accepted revision and operated in accordance with HAECO Private Jet Solutions Airplane Flight Manual Supplement 1406FS01, Rev. IR, dated March 13, 2015, or later FAA approved revision, is required.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. STCs ST09846AC Honeywell SATCOM upgrade and ST09845AC Emteq eConnect System installation are required.

Certification Basis:

The STC holder has elected to follow the certification basis at the amendment levels identified in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A16WE with the exception of the following regulations that have been complied with at a higher amendment level:
