Airworthiness limitation inspections per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix H, are contained in Chapter 2 of AAC Document Number R137-009, Rev. G, dated July 21, 2008, titled “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness” or later FAA/ODA approved revision.

Note: EWIS ICA Evaluation for STC Amendment (Revision 1, dated August 14, 2008) indicates there is no impact to existing ICA (reference: AAC Document 1789052090, Revision C, titled “EWIS ICA Evaluation Report”, dated November 2, 2010, or later FAA/ODA approved revision). Therefore, no revision to the existing ICA is required.

Certification Basis: The certification basis for this STC is same as identified on the Type Certificate Data Sheet, plus compliance with 25.981, amendment number 102, Special Condition Issue Paper “Certification of Cooktops” dated July 13, 2001, and with 14 CFR Part 26 amendment 1.
