Installation of Dual Universal Avionics UNS-1C + Flight Management Systems in accordance with Index List CEA11188000, Rev. B, dated 11/22/05, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement CEA1118M005, Rev. None, dated 11/22/05 or later FAA approved revision is required.

The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. This approval applicable only on aircraft having previously installed dual UASC, UNS-1C FMS.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
