Description of Type Design Change: Installation of pilot and copilot Universal EFD-640 Electronic Flight Instrument System with optional no. 3 vertical gyro in accordance with Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation Index List CE211468000, Revision D, dated July 28, 2006, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, CE21146M000, Revision None, dated July 28, 2006, or later FAA approved revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
