IR, dated September 23, 2004, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement FM-RH-3761-01, Rev. IR, dated November 8, 2004 or later approved FAA revision is required.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. The Certification Basis for this installation is per Type Certificate Data Sheet A3EU.
