Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an executive cabin interior in accordance with Akridge Aircraft Interiors, Inc. master document list 1139-00001, Rev. IR, dated December 17, 2004. The Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Akridge Aircraft Interiors, Inc. document number 1139-00006, Revision IR, dated January 11, 2005, is required.

Limitations and Conditions: Descriptive Data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made on Gulfstream G-IV, serial number 1139. This STC does not permit the manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

* The certification basis for this STC is the same as that identified on the Type Certificate Data Sheet A12EA.
