Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an executive interior in accordance with Akridge Aircraft Interiors, Inc. Master Drawing List 1171-00001, Rev. G, dated May 18, 2005 or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Akridge Aircraft Interiors, Inc. document number 1171-00006, Rev. IR, dated March 15, 2005 or later FAA approved revision, is required with the MDL 1171-00001-101 configuration, and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Akridge Aircraft Interiors, Inc. document number AAI-253001-GIV, Rev.

IR, dated May 12, 2005 or later FAA approved revision, is required with MDL 1171-00001-105 configuration.

Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. Commercial off-the-shelf equipment (COTS) for which these provisions that are called out in Akridge Aircraft Interiors, Inc. document number 1171-00011, Revision G, dated May 18, 2005 has not been certified.

Certification Basis: The certification basis for this STC is the same as that identified on the Type Certificate Data Sheet A12EA with the addition of Equivalent Level of Safety memo # ST7942SC-T-C-1, which approves the exemption from FAR 25.811(d)(1) & 25.811(d)(2) of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations.
