Description of Type Design Change: Interior reconfiguration for 16 seats in accordance with McKinney Aerospace LP Master Drawing List (MDL) MD-GIV-3939-01 Revision B, dated October 31, 2005, or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Document Number FM-GIV-3939-01, Rev. N/C, dated November 4, 2005, or FAA approved revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation G-IV Serial Number 1123 aircraft. This Certification Basis for the installation is per Type Certification Data Sheet (A12EA), Revision 28, dated August 12, 2004.
