Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Document Number FM-GV-3961-01, Rev. N/C, dated December 2, 2005, or FAA approved revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: Description data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation G-V Serial Number 612 aircraft. This Certification Basis for the installation is per Type Certification Data Sheet (A12EA), Revision 28, dated August 12, 2004.
