2. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Boeing 737-8EX, serial number 33473.

A, dated December 2, 2005, or later FAA approved revision, is required.

3. Installation of FAA STCs ST01821LA, ST01850NY, and ST03188AT are required prior to the installation of FAA STC ST10477SC.

4. This aircraft incorporates exemptions that make it ineligible for use for public carriage or hire.

5. This Aircraft has a deviation for the use of 9g seats and is ineligible for import into the United States.

6. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

The certification basis for this STC is the same as that identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A16WE, Revision 37, with the exception of FAR 25.981, which is at amendment number 102. This STC incorporates the use of Exception number 6820 and 6820A.
