It is the responsibility of the installer to verify functionality of the VIPSAM Protected SATCOM (VPS) System; it is expected a later STC will activate the provisions of the VPS System as installed under this STC. 4. A revised EWIS ICA is not required due to this modification; the existing EWIS ICA is adequate. 5. Equivalent Level of Safety Findings have been made for the following regulations of 14 CFR Part 25: § 25.251(b) Vibration and buffeting (documented in TAD ELOS Memo 10464-1-F-1).
