This modification must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Associated Air Center document number 2477050090, Revision C, date August 12, 2008, or later FAA approved revision. The airworthiness limitations inspections to comply with FAR 25, Appendix H are contained in the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document number 2477050090, Revision C, date August 12, 2008, Chapter 3. This modification is eligible only on aircraft which have been modified in accordance with ST10537SC-D.

Certification Basis: The Certification basis for this STC is the same as identified on the Type Certificate Data Sheet, A28NM except for the election of later amendments as listed: 14 CFR 25.853 (a) Amdt. 25-116.
