This aircraft is prohibited from conducting operations for hire or offered for common carriage. Airworthiness limitation inspections per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix H, are contained in Chapter 3 of AAC Document Number 2731050090, Revision D, dated June 3, 2010, or later FAA approved revision, titled "Instructions for Continued Airworthiness".

The Wireless LAN System is intended to provide internet connection and email services using portable electronic devices (PEDS.) Any other intended function of this equipment will require a re-examination of the certification basis.
