Airworthiness limitation inspections per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix H, are contained in Chapter 3 of AAC Document Number 2956050090, Revision IR, dated June 11, 2012, titled “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness” or later FAA/ODA approved revision.

The Wireless Local Area Network is intended to provide cached internet connection and email services to the airplane's cabin passengers with access via portable electronics devices (PED's).

Any other use of this equipment will require a re-examination of the certification basis.

Certification Basis: The same as that identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet A16WE except for the election of later amendments as listed:

Fuel Ignition Prevention: 14 CFR 25.981(a)(3),(b) Amdt. 25-102

System Lightning Protection: 14 CFR 25.1316(b),(c)(6) Amdt. 25-80.
