Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Chelton HGA-7001 (High Gain Antenna) &DLNA in accordance with Delta G Design Master Data List DGS-MDL-100709, Revision A, Dated 3/17/2011 or later FAA approved revision. The aircraft is to be maintained per the “Instructions for continued Airworthiness of the Chelton HGA-7001 Antenna on an A320-214”, Delta G Design document DGD-IC-100709, Revision A, dated 4/8/11or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis: In accordance with Type Certificate Data Sheet A28NM.
