If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. The Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number K3568-ICA, Revision New, dated October 28, 2014 or later FAA AEG accepted revision shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation. The aircraft shall be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness. A revised EWIS ICA is not required for this STC.
