2. Introduction:

This document is the FAA AML for STC Number ST11282DS for installation of a wireless cabin management system on Part 25 Aircraft into eligible aircraft.

Revision to the AML must be coordinated between the STC holder and the responsible ODA/ACO and require FAA approval.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This STC assumes the following equipment is already installed on each airplane eligible for the proposed modification (all models):

None.

MODEL SPECIFIC LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS (continued from sheet 1 of the certificate):

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The AML STC will include the following:

Dassault Aviation – Falcon 900EX; Dassault Aviation – Mystere-Falcon 900; Gulfstream – GV-SP;

Bombardier Inc. CL-600-2B16 (604 Variant); Dassault Aviation- Falcon 7X Series.

3. Certification Basis:

The certification basis for each model qualified for this modification is detailed below:

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the AML STC modified by installing a wireless cabin management system in Part 25 Aircraft into eligible aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the approved model list for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application for the following aircraft is based upon 14 CFR Part 25 amended by amendment

25-146.

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification were determined to be:
