Introduction

This document is the FAA Approved Model List (AML) for Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) Number ST11293DS for the installation of an AirSync flight data monitoring system on several Part 25 eligible aircraft.

Revisions to the AML must be coordinated between the STC holder and the responsible ODA/ ACO and require FAA approval.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This STC assumes the following equipment is already installed on each airplane eligible for the proposed modification:

• Bombardier Inc. CL-600-2B16 (604 Variant) aircraft must be equipped with Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion.

LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS (Continued from sheet 1 of the certificate):

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC assumes the following equipment is already installed on each airplane eligible for the proposed modification:

• Bombardier Inc. CL-600-2B16 (604 Variant) aircraft must be equipped with Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion.

4. This STC will include the following:

2. Certification Basis

The certification basis for each model qualified for this modification is detailed below.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the AML modified by installing an AirSync flight data monitoring system on several Part 25 eligible aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the approved model list is shown in the respective Type Certification Data List (TCDS) for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, dated 10/09/2024, is based upon 14 CFR Part 25 as amended by amendment 25-152:
