2) If the STC holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) This approval is limited to only the installation of MB13 Antenna provisions. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.

4) FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Chapter 10, Airworthiness Limitations (AWL), document A23339P-777A, Revision A, FAA approved on November 26, 2024, or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Dassault Aviation Falcon 2000 and 2000EX aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Dassault Aviation Falcon 2000 and 2000EX aircraft is shown on TCDS A50NM for parts not changed or affected by the change.
