Based on 14 CFR 21.101, 21.115 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for Gulfstream Model GVI is as follow:

a. 14 CFR Part 25 amendments 25-1 through 25-120 and 25-122, 25-124, 25-132, 25-137 and 25- 144 except for paragraphs which are complied with at the identified amendment levels in the TCDS with special conditions, exemptions, equivalent safety findings, exemptions, optional design standards, and environmental standards as defined in TCDS T00015AT.
