The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document number A24339P-204 Revision I/R, dated July 10, 2024 or later FAA accepted revision.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Bombardier Inc. BD-700-1A10 and BD-700-1A11 aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Bombardier Inc. BD-700-1A10 and BD-700-1A11 aircraft is shown on TCDS T00003NY for parts not changed or not affected by this change.

b. The certification basis for the parts changed or affected by this change since the reference date of application, February 7, 2024, is based on TCDS T00003NY and the following:
