-Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Supplement: 02010-EAS-A-ICA-01 Revision A dated March 12, 2025 or later revisions approved/accepted under the EASA system.

-The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the limitations section of the flight manual supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section.

-The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the airworthiness limitations section of the ICA referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section.

-The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

-If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

-Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Airbus SAS A350-941, A350-1041 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Airbus SAS SA350-941, A350-1041 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) T00063IB for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
