1. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the applicable models with the mandated prior or simultaneous product changes listed under the Limitations and Conditions of this STC.

1. Replacement of the Right Hand Side Cabin Emergency Exit Door by a Reinforced Structural Plug on ATR 72 cargo airplanes in accordance with PMV Engineering Certification Investigation Report Document Number P2F-00560-CIR, Revision 03, dated May 27, 2025, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance in accordance with PMV Engineering Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number 2F-00560-ICA-S01-R00, Revision 00, dated June 24, 2025, or later EASA accepted revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with the "Airworthiness Limitations" section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document listed under the Description of Type Design Change of this STC.

3. For this STC change to be incorporated, you must do a prior or simultaneous accomplishment of one of the following product changes:

ATR 72 Pax to Freighter Conversion - Large Cargo Door (LCD) per FAA STC ST01761NY, or ATR 72 Pax to Freighter Conversion - Bulk Freighter Conversion (BFC) per FAA STC ST00016IB.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
