2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of B737-8 MAX Printer, In-Seat Power supply (ISPS), and Power Outlets must be in accordance with Elisen & associés Inc. Modification Data Summary MDS-3242 Revision A, dated March 4, 2025, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revisions.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Elisen & associés Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement FMS-3242 Revision A, dated March 4, 2025, or later TCCA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Elisen & associés Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-3242 Revision A, dated February 28, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revisions.

3. This STC is applicable to serial numbers 63384, 63385, 63388, 66476, 66477, 66478, and 66479 for this Make-Model.

Note: This STC does not require a new or revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified Boeing 737-8 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Boeing 737-8 is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A16WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Boeing 737-8 for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS A16WE with the following exceptions:
